Believe it or Not Sun is coming nearer to Earth

Hello Friends, At last got the time to post my first blog post. From the title you may think that i am going to promote any TV Program, but thats not true. Its about a fact which i came to know from a hawker(Thelawala in India). The incident took place few years back.I was coming from station and the rain started. So i took shelter in the shed of a thelawala(Hawker) near my school. I know that old man very well as i was a regular customer of him since childhood. He is that man who is selling cookies, patties, toffees etc since the inception of my school KV-NO-1 GCF Jabalpur. Meanwhile we started to discuss some topics about climate change , global warming , politics etc. It was a simple, general talk. When the topic came to Global Warming, the thought which he shared with me puzzled me a lot. The thing which i came to know from him was “ The Sun is coming nearer to Earth day-by-day. That’s why temperature is rising and we are getting rain in off seasons.” I really felt bad. Even in this age of communication we are not able to convey about global warming. In fact we are not able to spread awareness about basic things. But thanks to my basic knowledge about Global Warming, I explained it to him and many more nearer to him. Some other things also i came to know i.e. End of earth by 2010 etc. So what i believe, at least a day of month should be dedicated to awareness programs. Whether it is regarding to global warming or something else. Believe it or not its true. Hoping for good thoughts and comments. Thanks. This post was first published by me in the year 2009 when i first started a blogging page with bloggers. Now i am trying to publish it here too

Wearing formal dresses only make you corporate? Wearing Jeans will not.

Let me first tell you that I am an engineer and working with one of the best utility company of India placed at city of joy Kolkata which every one thinks. Being an Electrical Engineer my work mainly involves around restoring of power supply by hook or by crook. Every time an outage occurs and we Engineers ran out like Jamaican Usain Bolt. Sometimes we behaved like the officers just go and sign the documents, permit to work more precise and restore the supply but most of the time we have to soil our hands to make the thing happens. The thing which I would like to focus on is that unlike white collar job we are the people who get there collars black to light someones life. Now coming back to the topic of the discussion are we corporate enough to wear formal dresses which Indians think of as trousers and shirts. Last evening a general discussion ignited regarding this. A colleague of mine from other department asked or told me Are Jeans allowed in office? As per corporate cul
